Côtes du Rhône blanc

Roussanne, Marsanne, Viognier, Grenache blanc et Clairette.

Jade color, melted in a golden blonde, the nose offers us a floral and mineral bouquet. The widh and opulence of its scent prepares us for a complex mouth. The palate is surprised by the amplitude of the sensations between smoothness and elegant nervousness. The floors are multiple, quince paste, yellow-fleshed fruit, spices, acacia honey, limestone minerality. The general impression in its power and its balance is positioned equidistant between the great white wines of the Rhone and those of the south of Burgundy.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape blanc

Grenache blanc, Roussanne, Bourboulenc et Clairette.

This wine has a pretty bright yellow color with green reflections. We discover an extremely complex nose made of quince, white truffle and small flowers. The aromatic length is characterized by a persistence linked to a very low yield and a very elegant aging. Fermentation and aging in this piece of wood with very fine, slightly heated grains provides an envelope officed chestnut all in softness and harmony. The mouth is consistent with the aromatic notes, terroir minerality, beeswax and wild flowers are perfectly balanced by a châteauneuvois  but above all by a freshness of structure and aging for a final result between the South of Burgundyand the purity of our appellation

Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre

Bright red in colour, our Premiere Cote displays aromas of spices and wild herbs (garrigues) and red fruits. The palate is defined by the sweetness of the fruit, and the softness of the tannins, with a freshness which brings finesse and elegance.

Côtes du Rhône Villages

Grenache, Syrah.

In a dark red color, our Côtes du Rhône Villages exudes notes of very ripe fruit, black cherry, conifer, olive and black licorice. The bay and pepper notes complete the aromatic palette. The palate is marked by the sweetness of the fruit and the sweetness of the tannins placed on a regional freshness giving it finesse and elegance.

Vacqueyras 

Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre

In the end, a lot of character and expression in the juices. The spices from the wild environment of the site were captured when released in tanks to better find them in bottle. The original taste structure in the mouth rests on the old Mourvèdre harvested very late and whose small berries deeply mark the style of this cuvée. The roundness and the fruit gradually give way to the breadth and power of the hillsides. You will only feel the delicate presence of the wood through the spicy mineral expression of the soil in the middle of the mouth. A long liquorice and fleshy finish with a strong accent of terroirs and flowers at the end of summer will be returned to a well-chosen place, fullness and eternity…

Gigondas

Grenache, Syrah.

Strong colour, shades of dark carmine red. Complex nose of Mediterranean and sub-Mediterranean spices, candied red fruit and black soil with humus. Opulent, but also very fresh attack on the palate. Matrix of tight but very fine tannins from the middle attack to the finish in an elegant and persistent way. The breeding in Burgundy piece of 228 L fits perfectly and leaves a very long tail without ever losing its freshness. A Gigondas for those who like concentrated but feminine juices.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape 

Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre

With a deep purple red, this wine offers a fused aromatic family around small ripe but crisp red and black fruits, caramel liquorice and lightly waxed Mediterranean spices. The attack on the palate is smooth and racy. The freshness of structure on a volume of small imperceptible and upholstered tannins places the juice among the expectations that we want on a grand cru. The persistent aromatic notes settle in an environment made of undergrowth but also of complex mineral basement. The precision of the attack / mid / final balances makes the perception of alcohol almost imperceptible. The finish shows a nice sweetness always in balance with the freshness and the fine grain of the raw material. The retro reminds the taste buds of extracts of great elegance where the curve seems endless until the saliva invades us again. »Pommardian » thoughts accompanies our decisions and our actions throughout this period.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape

Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre

This cuvée is characterized by a very silky and firm structure at the same time. The attack is generous, very centered in its mineral power, but fresh and Burgundian, nothing suggests that the juice is around 15% Vol.

Beautiful red color with intense madness reflections, the universe of this wine releases a very melted black liquorice, red and black fruits in slight overripe interspersed with olives, cocoa and truffles. Very fresh in its entirety despite a hyper concentration, the whole appears of a very feminine harmony. The finals are of great length and impressive fluidity. A Châteauneuf du Pape from the most beautiful complex plots, delicious, precise, balanced and distinguished.
